Rome, Italy

Greenway has an ongoing contract to service 6 sites around Europe to take care of their maintenance needs quarterly. Our O&M team is comprised of three members. Kellan Clark is the lead man and Carpenter. Joe Steele takes care of electrical requirements and Steve Tillman handles all the mechanical requirements. So far the team has made two trips to all 6 sites. Steve identified much of the work to do on subsequent trips. Most of the maintenance required is in mechanical systems. The next trip is scheduled for May of 08. Additional work above the contract scope has been scheduled at 2 sites as well.


Kellan Clark - Project Superintendent, Ben Speakthunder, Paul Williamson, and David Elmore,
did a marvelous job with the office-remodeling project at the Embassy in Rome , Italy .
With multiple on site changes everyone has done a superb job keeping up with the additional work required.
