YuVonne D. Hoovestal has served as President of Greenway
since 1979. YuVonne has over 28 years experience in supervision,
administrative and financial management with special expertise in
contract negotiations, source selection, subcontract
administration and contract management. Greenway has won special
industry and government recognition under YuVonne’s leadership
including The Governor of Montana Excellence in Exporting Award
and the Minority Enterprise Development Council Construction
Contractor of the Year Award.

Executive Officer:
Gary Hoovestal has been Vice President of Greenway since
1979, and serves as Chief Executive Officer. Gary retired from
academia after 16 years as a college professor and coach. Gary has
over 30 cumulative years experience in the construction industry
including 28 years in general management, procurement process
management, cost/ price analysis, international negotiations,
government contract management, field operations, asset, resource
and financial controls. |

VP of
Operations:
Peter O. Ryan has over 28 years experience in the
construction industry in field operations, quality control,
estimating, value engineering and analysis, acquisitions and
overseas project management. Peter has managerial experience on
heavy highway, public and commercial building projects as well as
award winning performance on various overseas building projects.
Peter holds a B.S. degree in Business Economics and has been
employed by Greenway since 1982.

Risk
Management Officer:
Palmer Hoovestal has over 24 years experience in the
construction industry. He is an attorney licensed to practice in
the states of Idaho, Washington, and Montana, including Federal
Courts. Palmer is also admitted in U.S. Claims Court. Palmer
specializes in construction and business law. He is fluent in
Spanish and French and has a B.A. degree in International
Relations, with a JD degree. He has been employed by Greenway
since 1978.

Controller:
Viki Peccia has over 18 years of experience in construction
finance, insurance, accounting and certified cost and pricing data
systems. Viki is responsible for budgeting and controlling
indirect costs, computational analysis, contract change
administration, certified cost and pricing data, labor cost
analysis, general and adminstrative cost accounting, vendor and
labor relations. Viki is a graduate of Kinman Business University,
and has been employed by Greenway since 1988.

Washington
Operations Director:
Verlyn Smith has over 35 years of experience in corporate
management, engineering and business development involving
national defense, aerospace, energy, construction and information
management technologies. Verlyn’s technical achievements are
commemorated in the Smithsonian Air and Space Museum for his work
on the Apollo Manned Space Program. Verlyn created and directed
project organizations responsible for research, development, test
and evaluation of aerospace systems and materials for Boeing
Aerospace. Verlyn holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the
University of Wichita with advanced studies at UCLA, The Wharton
School, University of Pennsylvania and The Management Center of
Cambridge.

Houston
Operations Director:
Lance Hoovestal has 15 years of experience with Greenway
including summer construction work, administrative and contract
compliance duties with the WASHMAC project in Virginia, and Job
Order Contracting in the Houston Area. Lance holds a BA degree
from Carroll College with an MBS, Master of Business Studies from
University of College Cork, Cork City, Ireland. Lance completed
the internship requirement of his MBS degree in Singapore. He also
has an MS degree from University of South Wales. (Australia)

Director of
Operations: Michel Jichlinski comes to Greenway after retiring as
President of the Louis Berger Group, Inc., a leader in the
planning, design, and construction management of large
infrastructure projects in the United States and over 100
countries around the world. At the Berger Group he led the
planning, design, financing and construction of infrastructure and
development projects in the United States, Western Europe, Asia,
Latin America, the Middle East and Sub Saharan Africa. Born and
raised in Switzerland, Mr. Jichlinski holds a M.Sc. from the
Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Israel. He has lived in
Switzerland, Israel, Cameroon, France and the United States and
speaks English, French, Spanish and Hebrew fluently.

| Project
Manager:
Edwin Pryor brings to 10 years of diverse
construction and engineering experience in remote
locations to the Greenway Team. Edwin previously served as
Montana Director of Operations for engineering,
construction, installation & maintenance for US West/Qwest
Communications. Edwin has international procurement
management and software development experience with
Cummins Engine Company and served with the United Nations
Security Force in Panmunjom, South Korea. Edwin served his
country with the 3rd Ranger Battalion and holds a BS in
Mechanical Engineering from the US Military Academy (West
Point) with an MBA in Operations/Finance from the Harvard
School of Business Administration. |

Superintendent:
Donald Hunter has more than 30 years construction
experience, the majority being in the supervisory capacity,
working as foreman, general foreman, building superintendent,
project superintendent, and general superintendent. Mr. Hunter has
been the superintendent for Greenway international projects in
Prague, Czech Republic, St. Petersburg, Russia, Port Au Prince,
Haiti and Ankara, Turkey and has supervised multi-million dollar
projects in the United States. He has been employed by Greenway
since 1993.

Officer:
Stephanie Kniss had 14 years experience in the
legal profession before joining the Greenway Team.
Stephanie is responsible for Human Resources and
Facility/Personnel Security programs at Greenway.

Administrative
Assistant :
Amber
Henwood was raised in Miles City, MT in southeastern Montana. She
graduated top of her class from Custer County District High School
and then accepted a scholarship to Carroll College in Helena, MT.
As an Honors Scholar at Carroll, Amber studied Political Science,
but decided to incorporate a passion for government with
education. She transferred to the Dillon, MT area and lived in
Melrose, MT in the famous Big Hole Valley. With a deep love of
small town Montana, she stayed there until returning to Helena in
2007. Amber has held positions with the State of Montana, as well
as with a Montana non-profit, where she worked closely with
legislators and community officials. She will graduate in December
of this year with a Social Science Broadfield Secondary Education
degree including a minor in Economics and emphasis in Government
and plans to pursue a Masters Degree. Amber also umpires girls’
softball, is politically active, and sings for a local church
choir. She looks forward to being a contributing member of the
Greenway team.

Fleet Manager:
John “Hank” Hankinson has over 25 years experience in
fleet management, warehousing, inventory and materials management.
Hank is responsible for packing and crating for overseas
shipments, tools, equipment and inventory control.

Logistics
Manager:
Angelia Harvey is Greenway's Logistics Manager for
our Operations and Maintenance Contract in Washington DC,
responsible for purchasing and warehouse management. She
has more 20 years experience in the field. Before coming
to Greenway, she was the Purchasing Supervisor for WASHMAC
for Johnson Controls and DynCorp. Before that, she was in
the U.S. Air Force in the logistics field, serving as an
Acquisition Manager and Warehouse Manager.

Manager: William "Bill" Coleman
has over 30 years experience in the construction field as
a planner/estimator, electrical designer, project
electrical engineer, project manager and instructor in
Basic Electricity and Power Distribution, Wiring Methods
and Motors and Generators. Bill has completed courses in
Construction Management, Construction Surveillance,
Project Management and Air Conditioning and Refrigeration,
as well as a course in Spanish from Berlitz Language
Schools of Boston, MA. He has been employed by Greenway
since 1994.

Office Manager: Virginia "Ginny" Coleman
has over 30 years experience in general office procedures,
real estate and as an educational assistant. Ginny's
responsibilities include Human Resources, Security,
Benefits Administrator, Accounts Payable, Travel
Coordinator and Sub-Contract solicitations.

Project Manager:
Jim Ferriter For the last 10 years Jim Ferriter has
been in the construction industry, including management
and field work in overhead and underground utilities,
concrete, traffic control and heavy equipment operation.
His experience is in all aspects of the construction
process, from bidding and takeoffs to finalization. Prior
to that, Jim was in business management for 8 years. He
was in charge of day-to-day personnel decisions and daily
accounting. |

Manager:
Paul Brown Paul Brown is currently a Project
Manager for Greenway Enterprises. Previously, Paul has
been a Power Production Supervisor at Spangdahlem Air Base
in Germany, Power Production Manager at George Air Base in
California, Power Production Technician at Hellenikon Air
Base in Greece and a Power Production Apprentice at
MacDill Air Force Base in Tampa, Florida. Paul holds a
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a minor in
Computer Studies from the University of Maryland, College
Park, Maryland. He also holds an Associate degree in
Applied Science/Mechanical and Electrical Technologies
from Community College of the Air Force in Spangdahlem Air
Force Base, Germany; and an Associates degree in
Electrical Technology from Victor Valley Community College
in Victor Valley, California. He was a Power Production
Specialist in the United States Air Force. |

Teresa has a background in travel reservations, general
clerical duties and timekeeping. She holds an Applied

Project Manager: Jeff
Corliss Jeff Corliss is currently a Project Manager for
Greenway Enterprises. A retired Naval Officer, Jeff served in the
US Navy submarine community as an electronics technician and diver
then earned a commission and served his last 12 years as a
logistics officer in the Navy Supply Corps. He holds a BS in
Business Administration from The Citadel, an MBA from Brenau
University and a Master Certificate in Project Management from
George Washington University.

Louis Grosman
Facility Security Officer has over 45 years of
Federal Government and contractor IT experience with NASA/Goddard,
The National Institutes of Health, the Atomic Energy Commission
and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission. He has been involved in all
aspects of classified and sensitive unclassified information
technology processing, including twenty as the administrator of
the Nuclear Regulatory Commission’s Computer Security Program.
His technical background includes experience in such areas as
project and program management, programming and systems analysis,
customer coordination and support, networks (LANs and WANs),
meeting planning, financial management, data systems requirements
analysis and data base design, personnel management and
supervision, classified and unclassified information security,
project and contract management, hardware and software selection
and procurement activities, technical consulting, and budget
development and execution. Louis is a Certified Information
Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and he holds a BS degree in
Education, Graduate Certificates in Scientific and Technical
Information Systems and Management Information Systems, and a MS
in Technology of Management specializing in Scientific and
Technical Information Systems and Management Information Systems
from the American University.

Director, Construction
Programs: Stephen Khovananth returns to Greenway from his
position as Director, Development, Design & Construction for
Host Hotels & Resorts, a Fortune 500 Lodging Real Estate
Investment Trust. Stephen has also served his country as a Navy
Civil Engineer Corps Officer managing projects & leading teams
in Hawaii, Southeast Asia, Alaska, Japan, Mississippi, and
Washington, DC. Stephen is a licensed Professional Engineer in the
Commonwealth of Virginia, Project Management Professional, and
LEED Accredited Professional. He holds a BS in Civil Engineering
from California State University, Los Angeles, an MBA from the
University of Hawaii, and is currently pursuing an MS in Real
Estate Development at Johns Hopkins University.
